About the Role:
This position will provide the successful candidate with an opportunity to join Aurizon as a valued Administrator within our Coal Team based at our Callemondah depot. You will support the team by providing all round administration duties.

You will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to the managers and employees within the section
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and providing support as required
- Performing a range of database systems processing and administrative functions through input, maintenance and reporting of data within various systems and communication tools.
- Providing support with procurement and purchasing
- Performing a range of database systems processing and administrative functions
- Ensuring all enquiries are actioned accurately and within a timely manner
- Document creation and support
- Additional ad-hoc duties as required
About you:
- Experience in a similar administrative support function
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience with HR, financial and procurement management systems (advantageous)
- Ability to problem solve and provide support function to field-based teams
- Knowledge and experience with SAP (highly regarded)
- Current drivers’ licence (essential)
- Must have a can-do attitude and ability to work in a team environment
- Have a high level of autonomy with sound analytical and decision-making skills
- Exceptional skills using Microsoft office programs
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
- Engage with key stakeholders, both internal and external and build relationships via phone/email
